This site is open to logged-in users, and as such, any data you publish in forum discussions or elsewhere can be viewed by anyone and may be quoted, copied or used elsewhere. It is your responsibility not to publish any data that you wish to keep private.

An email address is required for this site to function properly. Again, we respect your privacy and your email address will not be shared beyond those who manage the platform and training courses or sold to a third party. We may send you follow-up emails after the course to request your evaluation and inform you of future training options, new course dates or other resources. You can always unsubscribe by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email.

Our legal bases for controlling or processing personal data are as follows:

  • Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR (Consent): You give us informed consent, or you have a reasonable expectation that we will use your information in a certain way, for example, to participate in our community discussions or to receive information about new services or offers.
  • Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR (Contract): To provide our services and fulfil our obligations to you, usually related to a service contract or partnership agreement.

The special categories of personal data (Article 9 of the GDPR) that we process are as follows:
